Assistant Finance Director Abe Pedroza began the presentation, providing an overview of CIP project status. He also highlighted General Funds budget re-allocations, as well as
February 17, 2026Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final some de-allocations of funds remaining in completed projects. Finance Director Selina Andrews continued the presentation, including an overview of the CIP review process and answering questions from Council members.
