CONSIDERATIONS
ID#26-103 Salinas Valley Tourism & Visitors Bureau Lease & Operating Agreements Assistant City Manager Lisa Murphy gave the presentation on the request from the SVTVB to continue their lease and enter into a new operating agreement for the Welcome Center. SVTVB is requesting an additional $200,000 in funding and a 10 year term.

ID#26-082 Fiscal Year 2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Review & Supplemental Appropriation Requests
Finance Director Selina Andrews gave the presentation, providing an economic update, General Fund status review, a selected Capital Projects status report and Fund Balance review. She also highlighted recommended budget actions, including some clean up and re-allocations, as well as a financial forecast.
