RESOLUTION NO. ______ (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION approving Budget adjustments and SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS to the FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 operating and capital budgets for the City of Salinas WHEREAS, on June 17, 2025, the City Council of the City of Salinas adopted the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Operating and Capital Budgets; and WHEREAS, on March 24, 2026, the City Council of the City of Salinas met and reviewed the mid-year budget and considered staff’s recommended budget adjustments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Salinas, that the Council hereby accepts the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Review report; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Salinas, that the Council hereby approves supplemental revenue and expenditures appropriations, the CIP de-appropriations and reallocations, and use of fund balances as needed for fiscal year 2025-26 up to the amounts listed on the accompanying staff report.
