RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ENTER INTO A THREE-YEAR TERM LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH NEARMAP WHEREAS, the staff desires to replace the current annual license renewal with a threeyear license agreement with Nearmap; and WHEREAS, the three-year license agreement with Nearmap will have a not to exceed amount of $232,026.87, paid in annual payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 12-03.11 the City Council hereby authorizes the Purchasing Agent to enter into a three-year license agreement with Nearmap in a total amount not to exceed $232,026.87 from February 23, 2027 to February 22, 2030 PASSED AND APPROVED this 2th day of June, 2026, by the following vote:
