RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO INCREASE THE 2025 PARKING ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT WITH LAZ PARKING CALIFORNIA, LLC TO COVER REMAINING FINAL INVOICES WHEREAS, the City has employes LAZ Parking California, LLC to provide parking enforcement services since 2016; and WHEREAS, the Parking Enforcement Program is an important function for the effective management of all aspects of parking in the City; and WHEREAS, compensation for the final remaining invoices on the old parking enforcement contract total $204,541.72; and WHEREAS, It is recommended for City Council to authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to increase the old LAZ Parking Enforcement Agreement not to exceed amount by $204,541.72 to cover the final remaining invoices for a final not to exceed amount of $812,217.72.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to increase the 2025 LAZ Parking Enforcement Agreement by $204,541.72 for a revised not to exceed amount $812,217.72.
