RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HEBBRON FAMILIY CENTER PROJECT FOR MAINTENANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY WHEREAS, on March 5, 2024 City Council approved Resolution No. 22911 awarding a design-build contract to Diede Construction for the design build of the Hebbron Family Center; and WHEREAS, on November 14, 2024, a building permit was issued for the construction on the Hebbron Family Center; and WHEREAS, on March 10, 2025, construction began on the Hebbron Family Center; and WHEREAS, Diede Construction completed the project with a total of eleven change orders that summed to $387,108.42 for a total project cost of $10,966,708.42; and WHEREAS, the project has been deemed substantially complete as of May 22, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council hereby accepts the Hebbron Family Center for maintenance and responsibility.
