AGREEMENT —AMENDMENT NO. 7
BETWEEN
City of Salinas and CorVel Enterprise Claims, Inc.
This Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement for Professional Services (the “Amendment”) is entered into this 1st day of July 2026, by and between the City of Salinas, a California charter city and municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as “the City,” and CorVel Enterprise Claims, Inc. (f/k/a CorVel Enterprise Comp, Inc.,) hereinafter referred to as “CorVel.” City and CorVel may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively the City and CorVel may be referred to as the “Parties.”
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and CorVel first entered into an Agreement for Professional Services on May 20, 2014 as amended, pursuant to which CorVel agreed to act as and provide certain services to the City for compensation as amended (the “Agreement”); and WHEREAS, the City and CorVel desire to renew the Agreement and to reflect a renewal to the Term of the Agreement and a price increase to reflect the revised compensation to be paid to CorVel.
NOW, THEREFORE, in mutual consideration of the terms and conditions set forth below, the Parties agree as follows:
TERMS
Section 2 of the Agreement, Term: Completion Schedule, is hereby amended to renew for an additional three (3) year renewal term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
Section 3 of the Agreement, Compensation, is hereby amended whereby the City agrees to opt for an additional three (3) year renewal term and both parties agree that the attached Exhibit A to this Amendment replaces pricing in its entirety as defined thereunder.
All other covenants, terms, and conditions set forth in the Agreement and not amended by this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, as authorized representatives of the City and CorVel have entered into this Agreement as of the date first written above.
