RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND PURCHASING AGENT TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF MICROSOFT SOFTWARE ASSURANCE LICENSING FOR A THREE-YEAR TERM, PAID IN ANNUAL PAYMENTS, FROM CDW LLC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $256,103.43 FROM MAY 31, 2026 TO MAY 31, 2029.
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain Software Assurance for its Microsoft licensing; and WHEREAS, the City will enter into a three-year Agreement with CDW LLC., from May 31, 2026 to May 31, 2029; and WHEREAS, the City will make annual payments in the amount of $85,367.81.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 12-27 the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and Purchasing Agent to complete the purchase of Microsoft Software Assurance Licensing for a three-year term, paid in annual payments, from CDW LLC. in an amount not to exceed $256,103.43 from May 31, 2026 to May 31, 2029.
