Pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 5 -07.07(c) the above -referenced Application for Major Amendment (“Application”) was forwarded to the City Att orney’s Office for review to determine whether the Application contains all the required information. We have reviewed the Application and have determined that it contains all the required information.
As required by Salinas Municipal Code section 5- 07.07(c) the Application will be forwarded to the Selection Committee appointed by the City Manager. We anticipate the Selection Committee will meet in mid-April to review the Application. We will let you know the Selection Committee has completed its review and made a determination regarding the Application.
