TERMS & CONDITIONS
Program Structure
Years 1–5 are funded by the FY2026 NIBIN Modernization Program (BJA-2026-172648) at the $300,000 per-system award. Years 6–7 reflect the balance of the standard seven-year subscription program and are payable by the agency. This quote assumes commitment to the full seven-year term up front; the total is paid up front.
Subscription Model
All seven years are delivered on the IBIS BrassTrax Solution-as-a-Service subscription — not converted to a separate maintenance (SLA) agreement. The fee includes hardware, all software and upgrades, shipping and installation, on-site training, 24/7 multilingual technical support, continuous remote monitoring, and preventive maintenance, with no usage limits and the hardware owned by the agency.
Annual Escalation
Years 1–5 escalate 3% year-over-year within the $300,000 grant amount. Years 6–7 reflect the remaining balance of the standard seven-year program, shown as the committed continuation.
Matchpoint
Matchpoint is not part of the subscription. Any Matchpoint units remain on their existing SLA through the five-year term or until end-of-life, independent of this quote.
Applicable Taxes
Fees are exclusive of sales, use, withholding, VAT, and similar taxes; if required by law, Customer is responsible for payment. Provide a tax-exemption certificate, if applicable.
