RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF REQUESTED POSITIONS AS WELL AS THE MODIFICATION TO THE CLASSIFICATION – SALARY SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the City of Salinas Operating Budget process identified the need to reclassify positions within multiple departments; and WHEREAS, the City of Salinas Human Resources Department worked with CPS HR Consulting to conduct classification studies for multiple positions; and WHEREAS, the Classification – Salary Schedule needs to be modified to reflect all recommended changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council does hereby approve the recommended reclassification and the requested modifications to the Classification – Salary Schedule as shown on Attachment A.
