ID#26-427 HUD Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for Fiscal Year 2025-26 Recommendation: Upon motion by Councilmember Salazar, and a second by Councilmember Barajas, the motion for the HUD Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for Fiscal Year 2025-26 was approved as a recommendation to the City Council to formally approve and authorize to submit the FY 2025–2026 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to HUD prior to the September 28, 2026 deadline. The motion carried by the following vote:

Additionally, committee members discussed the importance of maintaining consistent language translation services, recorded audio interpretation, and convenient scheduling to maximize public participation.
