Mayor Alexis Fineman, Vice Mayor Steve Burdo, Eileen Burke, Ford Greene, and Brian Colbert

Council Items:
1. Urgency ordinance extending the temporary moratorium on new or expanded gas station uses in San Anselmo until the Town Council considers potential revisions to existing regulations for new and expanded gas stations.

Public Comment
Town Attorney Acevedo presented the staff report.
Susannah Saunders and Lawrie Mott spoke in support of the ordinance extension.
There was a Council majority that was in favor of the extension. Councilmember Burke was unable to make the findings outlined in the staff report.
M/s Colbert, Burdo, to extend the ordinance extending the temporary moratorium on new or expanded gas station uses in San Anselmo until the Town Council considers potential revisions to existing regulations for new and expanded gas stations.
Town Attorney Acevedo read the title of the ordinance.
