1. Introductions, Welcome and Overview of the Day.

STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Dave Donery, Town Manager
Megan H. Acevedo, Assistant Town Attorney

Sean Condry, Public Works Director
Serge Avila, Town Clerk
Linda Kenton, Assistant Town Manager
Dannielle Mauk, Recreation Director
Hamid Khalili, Central Marin Police Captain
Dan Mahoney, RVFD Battalion Chief
Dave Donery, Town Manager, opened the meeting and announced that Mayor Burdo will be arriving a few minutes late.
Mayor Burdo arrived at 9:08 AM.
2. Brief Review of Departmental Accomplishments
Dave Donery, Town Manager and Linda Kenton, Assistant Town Manager / Town Librarian provided a review of Departmental Accomplishments.
3. Group Exercise
Linda Kenton, Assistant Town Manager / Town Librarian lead a group exercise Town Council and staff participated in the group exercise.
4. Review of the proposed FY 2023-2025 Town Work Plan and Provide Direction to Staff Dave Donery, Town Manager, provided a Power Point Presentation regarding the proposed FY 2023-2025 Town Work Plan and Council was able to provide direction to staff.
6.Review of the proposed FY 2023-2025 Measure J Expenditure Plan and Provide Direction to Staff Jeff Zuba, Finance and Administration Services Director, presented the report and a Power Point Presentation slide was used. Sean Condry, Public Works Director, and Dave Donery, Town Manager, also presented and were available to answer questions and provide comments. The Town Council provided comments and recommendations to staff.
5. Break for Lunch
The Council and staff took a thirty-five-minute lunch break. Councilmember Burke left due to work commitments.
Councilmember Kullaway, Colbert, Fineman, Mayor Burdo and staff reconvened in the Council Chambers at 12:55 PM. to continue item 6. Review of the proposed FY 2023-2025 Measure J Expenditure Plan and Provide Direction to Staff.
The Town Council had questions and provided comments and recommendations to staff.
7. Open time for Public Expression
There was no public comment.
8. Adjourn
Being no further business to conduct the special meeting was adjourned at 1:55 PM.
