Mayor Burdo opened the meeting to public comments.

Mr. Josh Blinkersneider asked what would happen if the Ninth Circuit Court decision is overturned. A resident if often influence by the suggestions of a contractor.

Sue stated there are more things that can be done to get people to drive electric vehicles, including adopting an EV Charging Reach Code.

Councilmember Colbert stated remodels are very expensive and can be an economic challenge. Residents have a right to know the effects of this provision.

Mayor Burdo stated the consensus of the Council was to support the staff recommendations, to further discuss Tier 2, to analyze the remodel provision and prepare a cost analysis, and return with an ordinance for Council review.
