3.2 Consideration of the San Anselmo Town Hall Roof and HVAC Replacement Project. The Town finds this project to be categorically exempt from the requirement for the preparation of environmental documents under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 Class 1, because it involves maintenance and minor alteration of an existing facility with negligible or no expansion of use.
