1.1 Approval of the Draft minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 26, 2024
1.2 Adopt a Resolution to Proclaim April 2024 as Fair Housing Month.
1.3 Adopt a Resolution Ratifying the Canvass of Returns from the Marin County Registrar of voters Office for the Special Municipal Election of March 5, 2024 and declaring the Results for Measure F
1.4 Adopt Ordinance of the Town of San Anselmo Adding Title 20 “Rent Stabilization and Tenant Protection” Chapter 1 “Rent Stabilization” Establishing Rent Stabilization Regulations Applicable to Certain Residential Rental Units and Associated CEQA Exemption Findings Call to Order. Optional Pledge of Allegiance: The Mayor or a designated Council member will recite the Pledge of Allegiance for members of the Council and the public who wish to join in the recitation. 7:00 PM

2. Public Hearing:
2.1 Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Amending Title 10, Chapter 4, “Housing Developments Under Government Code Section 65852.21” and Section 10-3.412 “Maximum Floor Area and Maximum Lot Coverage for Dwellings and Improvements on Single-Family Residential Properties Located Below 150 Mean Sea Level Elevation” of the Municipal Code.
Approval of an ordinance is exempt from CEQA pursuant to California Government Code Section 65852.21 (j), which provides that an ordinance implementing the provisions of California Government Code Section 65852.21 is not considered a project under Division 13 of the Public Resources.
