2 2.1 General Plan Update: Draft Vision Statement and Guiding Principles. This item is not a "project" under CEQA, as it does not involve activities with the potential for physical environmental changes, but the eventual adoption of the updated General Plan will require a Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to assess its impacts comprehensively.
2.2 Authorize Staff to Award the Firehouse 20 Renovation. The Town finds this project to be categorically exempt from the requirement for the preparation of environmental documents under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 Class 1, because it involves the maintenance and minor alteration of an existing facility with negligible or no expansion of use.
