2.1 Consideration to Appoint an Alternate Member to the Ross Valley Paramedic Authority (RFPA). Assigning committee assignments and making appointments is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), under the “common sense” exemption, because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment. (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, § 15061).
Town Clerk Avila presented the staff report. Staff answered questions from the Council regarding the temporary appointment.
Mayor Burke opened the meeting to public comments.
M/s, Kullaway/Fineman, Motion to approve Steve Burdo as the temporary Alternate member to the Ross Valley Paramedic Authority.
