1.4 Receive and File Resignation of Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee member, Ford Greene
1.5 Adopt Ordinance of the Town of San Anselmo Amending Title 10 “Planning and Zoning”, Chapter 6 “Accessory Dwelling Units”; and associated CEQA Exemption Finding. The Ordinance Amendments are exempt from CEQA pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21080.17 and CEQA Guideline sections 15301 and 15061(b)(3).
1.6 Consider Approval of Special Event Application -San Anselmo Arts Commission’s Beatles in the Park Fundraiser 2025
1.7 Authorize the Mayor to have the Town of San Anselmo Join In the Submission of a coalition letter addressed to the Chair of the Senate Committee on Energy, Utilities and Communications Committee in support of ratepayer-funded energy efficiency programs. respectful to the community.

2.1 Appointment to Ross Valley Fire Department Board of Directors. This determination does not constitute a “project” within the meaning of Public Re-sources Code section 21065, because there is no potential that it will cause a reasonably foreseeable direct or indirect physical change in the environment.
2.2 Receive and File the Department of Public Works Update. This report is not a project and is only an update, so CEQA does not apply, and the various projects and programs are checked for Climate Action consistency on an individual basis.
