Call to Order
Mayor Kullaway called the meeting to order at 12:31 PM

1. Introductions, Welcome and Overview of the Day
Dave Donery welcomed council members and staff and provided an overview of the day.
2. Brief Review of Departmental Accomplishments
Staff Jeff Zuba, Serge Avila, Linda Kenton, Michael Norton, Heidi Scoble, Sean Condry, Mattie O’Grady, Dave Donery on behalf of Dan Mahoney from the Ross Valley Fire District provided a brief review or “progress report” of each department and its accomplishments during the Work Plan year 2023-2025.
The Town Council took a break at 1:19 PM

3. Discussion Item:
3a. Review of the Proposed FY 2025 - 2027 Town Work Plan and Provide Direction to Staff Dave Donery, Town Manager and Linda Kenton, Assistant Town Manager & Librarian, provided a PowerPoint Presentation regarding the proposed Work Plan Draft for FY 2025-2027. Town Council provided direction to staff.

4. Review and Confirm Updated Work Plan Priorities based on the Outcome of Discussion of Item 3.a
Councilmembers reviewed and confirmed the suggested edits and additions to the Work Plan priorities. Staff will bring a revised and finalized Draft Work Plan Priorities to an upcoming Council meeting for approval.
5. Open Time for Public Expression
There was no public expression

Being no further business to conduct, the special Town Council meeting was adjourned at 3:36 PM.
