1.5 Approve Special Event Application – San Anselmo Community Parade 2025 7:00 PM The Town Council Reconvenes at Town Hall in the Council Chambers and via Zoom at 525 San Anselmo Avenue, San Anselmo, California 94960.

2. Council Business Items:
2.1 Approve the Isabel Cook Community Center (ICC) Paint Project. This paint approval, bid, and award project is exempt from the requirement
for the preparation of environmental documents under California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15301
2.2 Provide staff feedback on the Preliminary Proposed 2025-2026 Budget and Work Plan.
Providing feedback on the Preliminary Proposed 2025-2026 project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), under the “common sense” exemption, because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment. (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, § 15061).
3. Public Hearing:
3.1 Receive and File the Annual Report on Staff Vacancies, Recruitment and Retention Efforts as Required Under AB 2561.
