Council Business Items
2.1 Approve the Library Roof/HVAC and Interior Refresh Project. The Town finds this project to be categorically exempt from the requirement for the preparation of environmental CEQA documents under CEQA guidelines Section 15301 Class 1.
Contract Project Manager Tzur, presented the staff report, Assistant Town Manager Kenton also provided input and Assistant Engineer Schneider was available to answer questions. There were questions and comments from the Council.
Vice Mayor Burdo opened the meeting to public comments.
There were no public comments.
Vice Mayor Burdo closed the meeting to public comments.
M/s, Walker/Burke, Motion to approve the Library roof and HVAC and interior refresh project. Authorizing staff to advertise for construction bids and authorize the Town Manager to award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder.
