Consider Options for Addressing Concerns About Paid Parking on San Anselmo Avenue, Including the Potential Repeal of the Resolution Establishing a Paid Parking Zone on San Anselmo Avenue. Addressing Concerns About Paid Parking is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it does not involve an activity that has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code Section 21065).
