Comments may be no longer than three minutes and should be respectful to the community.

2.1 Approve a Lease Agreement for the Public Use of Building Bridge 2 Concrete Platform.
Approval of the Proposed Lease Agreement is Categorically Exempt from the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Regulations Sections 15301 and 15304.
2.2 Residential Resale Program Review and Policy Direction. Receiving this report is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act, because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code §21065).
