A design, construction and development professional with more than thirty years of experience including work in the trades, design, design management, construction supervision, construction management, project management and full responsibilities as an Owners’ Representative. Projects are all of a major scale.
My experience includes high quality clients in San Francisco including One Oak Partners (GTIS), Emerald Fund and Tishman Speyer. I’m typically responsible for all aspects of design, construction and permitting. Experience includes approximately 1,400 residential units in 2.3M sft of development. Overseas and East Coast work was predominately office related.
I have been fortunate to work with some of the finest professionals in this country and overseas. When managing a project, I bring a strong background of field experience, design, construction, and team-building to the process of delivery of the building. I pride myself in knowledge of detail, experience in managing complex projects, developing cohesive teams and progressing projects with structured, timely decisions.
