AMENDMENT NUMBER FIVE TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AND
WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR PLAN REVIEW, INSPECTION, STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT, AND COUNTER SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER FIVE TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into this BERNARDINO, CALIFORNTA, a chare city (CY"), and WILLDAN ENGINNERING 5th day of _ 2017 ("Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF SAN ("CONSULTANT"').
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, CITY and CONSULTANT entered into the Original Consulting Services Agreement on September 2, 2014; and
WHEREAS, CITY and CONSULTANT entered into Amendment Number One on October 20, 2014; Amendment Number Two on February 17, 2015; Amendment Number Three on March 21, 2016; Amendment Number Four on July 18, 2016; and, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. This Amendment is made with respect to the following facts and purposes:
"Section 2.1 Compensation is hereby amended to increase the total amount of the Agreement to an amount not to exceed $1,190,000.00."
2. Except for the changes specifically set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
