AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
WILLDAN ENGINEERING
THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING ("Amendment") is made between Willdan Engineering ("Company") and the City of San Bernardino (The "City") on July 18, 2016.
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Consultant Services Agreement that was entered into on October 20, 2014 ("Agreement") to increase the total amount to cover the services requested for Community Development Services;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. This Amendment is made with respect to the following facts and purposes:
a. On October 20, 2014 the City and Company entered into an amended agreement entitled "Plan Review, Inspection, Storm water Management, Fire and Life Safety Plan Review, Building Official, and Counter Services" with minor language change between the City of San Bernardino Community Development and Willdan Engineering for $355,600.
2. Section 2.1 Compensation of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the total amount of the Agreement by $130,000 to $835,000.
3. Except for the changes specifically set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment Number Four to be executed by and through their respective authorized officers as of the date first above written.
