THE CITY HAS BEEN ON A DOWNWARD SPIRAL FOR SEVERALYEARS. THE COUNCIL, STAFF AND RESIDENTS/BUSINESSES WANT TO SEE UPWARD MOBILITY. I WANT TO BE PART OF THE TEAM THAT WILL TRY TO ATTRACT AND GROW DEVELOPMENT TO MAKE THIS CITY A DESTINATION.
