Dear Ed Erjavek:

As a member of the Inland Library System, San Bernardino Public Library receives funding from the California State Library's California Library Services Act (CLSA) for its cooperative efforts. A discussion took place at a previous system meeting informing members that they would receive two fiscal years' worth of CLSA checks in one year. This is an attempt by staff to ensure that, moving forward, members will receive CLSA checks for that current fiscal year. At the beginning of this fiscal year, San Bernardino Public Library received CLSA funding for fiscal year 2023/24.

At this time, staff is in the process of issuing CLSA funding for fiscal year 2024/25. This check, issued in the amount of $4,814.78 using Chase BillPay, is expected to be delivered by January 28, 2025. Per previous correspondence, San Bernardino Public Library indicated that this funding would be applied to Overdrive. Please apply the funds to Overdrive as previously indicated Please reach out to Andy Beck, Controller for the Inland Library System, at [email protected] or (626) 427-3417 should you have any questions.

Thank you,
Flowers
