Executive Summary
The FY 2025/26 Proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Budget will be presented to the Mayor and City Council for review. Developed by the City Manager’s Office, Finance Department, and Public Works, the budget reflects a conservative approach in response to the uncertain economic landscape.
Background

On April 29, 2025, staff presented the Proposed FY 2025/26 Operating Budget and CIP to the Mayor and City Council. A second budget workshop was scheduled to allow for further review of the budget document and discussion.
Discussion
The City Manager’s Office, Finance and Management Services department and Public Works department will present the preliminary proposed FY 2025/26 operating and CIP budget to the Mayor and City Council.
