Dear Mr. Berckart,
The letter is intended to notify Redwood Private Security, LP (Redwood) that the City of San Bernardino has received your intent to exercise extension option two (2) of the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for security services at the Regal Theater, dated April 24, 2025.
In accordance with the provisions outlined within the PSA, the City and Redwood hereby agree to extend the PSA with a new good through date of June 30, 2026.
Please be advised that all terms and conditions set forth in the PSA remain in full effect during the extended term. These conditions include your commitment to provide the agreed-upon services, as well as adherence to all performance standards and obligations originally specified Furthermore, the total compensation specified under this extension option will not exceed $80,000.00 annually.
