Architecture/Site Design
In addition to the General Plan Amendment and Development Code Amendment, the applicant is also submitting Tentative Tract Map No. 20695 to subdivide approximately
15.71 acres into 138 single-family lots. These lots range in size from approximately 2,400 square feet to 4,100 square feet. This project will be a gated, Homeowners Association (HOA) Community with private streets to access the units.
The homes planned for this project are designed to create an inviting community that focuses on the comfort, safety, and active lifestyles of the homeowners. Homes are oriented to front the private streets with both entry doors and primary windows, creating a strong sense of neighborhood. The home sites also provide a driveway space, 2-car enclosed private garages as well as privatized outdoor spaces with traditional backyards.
The homes within this neighborhood are divided between conventional lots and clustered units. The design of each home focuses on spacious open plans that connect indoor and outdoor spaces. Table 2, below, provides a bird’s eye view of the project.
