Recommendation
It is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California, receive and file the report summarizing contracts executed by the City Manager, Agency Directors, Department Directors, or their assigned designees from July 2023 through June 2025, in accordance with City Ordinance No. MC-1605.
Executive Summary
This report has been prepared in compliance with City Ordinance No. MC-1605, provides a summary of contracts executed by the City Manager and other designated officials between July 2023 and June 2025.
Background
In accordance with Ordinance No. MC-1605, all contracts executed by the City Manager, agency directors, department directors, or their assigned designees in the amount of $40,000 to $100,000 must be reported to the Mayor and City Council at a regular meeting. These contracts fall within the City Manager’s signing authority as defined by the City’s purchasing policies and administrative procedures.
This report provides a summary of qualifying contracts executed between July 2023 to June 2025. All reported contracts were executed in compliance with the City’s procurement requirements. This item is presented for transparency and informational purposes.

Conclusion
