Dear Mr. Jabsheh,
I write on behalf of my client, Ludwig Engineering Associates, Inc. with respect to the Sierra Way Storm Drain work covered under the City's contact with Ludwig Engineering Associates, Inc., dated August 16, 2023 (the "Contract"). As a result of the passing of my client's principal, Glen Ludwig, it is my client's intention to terminate its operations. As a result of my client's closure, it will not be available to provide any further services beyond the 65% of deliverables that have been completed to date.
My client's employee, Jeff Ashbaker, will be to continue to provide services and my client will cooperate in making materials available for him to provide data in the files or any other assistance. His contact information is below:
