1. Adopt Resolution Ratifying Proclamation and Proclaiming the Existence of a Local Emergency for Tropical Storm Hilary (All Wards)
Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Mayor and City Council: Adopt Resolution No. 2023-136 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California, ratifying Proclamation No. 2023-01 of the City Manager and proclaiming the existence of a local emergency in connection with Tropical Storm Hilary.
