RE: Sample report for concrete samples collected from 2255 W. Lugonia Avenue, Redlands, CA Dear Sirs:

On October 19, 2020 Mr. Jonathan Jackson, Greenleaf Engineering, submitted three samples of crushed concrete from the above referenced site. ENCORP’s NVLAP PLM laboratory analyzed these samples for the presence of asbestos. In addition, these concrete samples were submitted to Envirochem Laboratory in Pomona CA to be analyzed for the presence of CAM Metals and VOC’s.

Sample results indicate that no asbestos was present in the submitted concrete samples. In addition, sample analysis indicates that no VOC’s were present, and that the CAM metal analysis shows that the concrete samples do not contain hazardous levels of CAM metals. Therefore, the crushed concrete can then be used as fill base for future construction.. I have included sample results as a attachment to this report.

Please let me know if you need anything further. Thank you.

Respectfully,

William Bohning
Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist
