NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of San Bernardino Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the Bing Wong Auditorium, Norman F. Feldheym Central Library at 555 West 6 th Street, San Bernardino, California. Visit the City’s agenda portal at www.sbcity.org to access more meeting information.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following:
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 25-03 AND MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT, A request to adopt Resolution approving General Plan Amendment 25-03 and introduce Ordinance amending Municipal Code Title 10, Article I, Chapter 10.24, by adding Section 10.24.195 adopting Citywide Truck Routes and direct staff to comply with AB98 Warehouse Design and Build Standards, Citywide.
Environmental Determination: Categorical Exemption, pursuant to §15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines

Notice is further given that members of the public who wish to comment on the public hearing you may participate in the following ways: 1) comments and contact information can be emailed to [email protected] by 2:30 P.M. the day of the scheduled meeting; 2) attending the meeting in person and providing your public comment in person, not to exceed three minutes.
If you challenge the matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public meeting described in this notice or written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at or prior to the public meeting.
The City endeavors to be in total compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require assistance or auxiliary aids to participate in the meeting, please contact the City Clerk’s Office as far in advance of the meeting as possible.
