A budget adjustment for FY2526 was done by California Department of Aging (CDA). Based on CDA's adjustment, attached is the amended budget for you to complete and email it back to us. Besides the budget for the Expenditure Category, you will also need to provide the Meal Count, Program Income if you have program income, and the Match Requirement on the budget sheet.
If there is a budget for Indirect Cost, please submit an indirect cost plan with the signed budget sheet.
The attached budget sheet does not have a separate category for administrative and program cost. After some discussion with CDA it turns out this direction was coming from new auditors who were providing incorrect information. CDA confirmed under our programs, any work done on the program is considered program cost. We will be sending out a revised invoice shortly. Sorry for the confusion.
