Recommendation
It is recommended that the Mayor and City Council:
1) Adopt the Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino approving Subdivision No. 23-05 (Tentative Tract Map No. 20595); and
2) Adopt the Resolution adopting the Addendum to the Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (SCH #2007071155); and
3) Introduce read by title only, and waive further reading of the Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California Approving Specific Plan Amendment 23-01 and dissolving Development Agreement No. 08-02; and
4) Schedule the second reading for the adoption of the above Ordinance to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mayor and City Council on May 20, 2026.
