Dear Mirela,
During the course of the City plan review additional changes to the 100% plans have been requested.
These changes require additional work above and beyond the original proposal. The work includes changing the catch basin standards, adding ramp grooves, adjusting the pipe profile and adding additional details.
We have prepared this request for additional work in the amount of $6,900.00 in order to revise the plans per the City request.
