is an entitlement jurisdiction tha t
receives Co m munity D evelopme nt
Block Grant (CDBG) , HOME
Investment Pa rtnerships (HO ME ),
and Emergency So lutions Grant
(ESG ) funds directly from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urba n
Deve lopment (H UD) . The C ity
anticipate s receiving approximately
$2,576,678.35 in CD BG, $1,0 92,341.87
in HO ME, and $229,279.65 in ES G
funds.
As a condition to receiving these
funds, the C ity must subm it a One -
Year Annual Action Plan to HU D
each year expla ining how it intends
to invest federal funds to meet
com m unity develop ment, afforda ble
hou si ng , and hom elessne ss
prevention needs.
The City has prepared a draft of the
Fi scal Y ear (FY ) 2026 -2027 Annu al
Action Plan as requir ed by HUD.
