By signing below as indicated, Rick Engineering Company (“Consultant”) is authorized to expend an additional $28,800, bringing the total amount authorized as of this date to $350,000 to perform work in conjunction with our contract, dated September 4, 2025. The additional scope and fees are described below.
Additional Scope of Work:
1. Precise Grading Plan Revisions –
Consultant will provide revisions to plans due to additional coordination and reviews not included in the original contract. Revisions include:
a. Base changes to buildings based on updated CAD files and plans received from Mandeville.
b. Relocation of Kennel building and Vet/Dog Wash building to accommodate generator as requested by city.
c. Redesign and coordination of retaining wall and grading within community garden area.
d. Relocation of wall between Kennel building and Vet/Dog Wash building and community garden.
e. Addition of Passenger Drop-off and Loading Zone Access Aisle per Building & Safety review and coordination.
f. Lowering of individual sleeping unit buildings to eliminate steps per latest Mandeville plans.
