We understand that the revised resolutions cannot be presented to the respective governing bodies and submitted to our oRice before the Direct Charge submission deadline.
As a one-time accommodation for Fiscal Year 2026–27, we will accept a signed letter from each applicable city or district containing the following statements:
“In lieu of a formal resolution for Fiscal Year 2026–27, this letter serves as oRicial direction from [Agency Name] to place its submitted Direct Charges on the current tax roll. ”
“We hereby authorize the total amount of the charges, including any applicable administrative fees, to be placed on the current tax roll. ”
Please upload the signed letter through the Direct Charge Portal in the same manner you have uploaded your resolution by August 7, 2026, so the Direct Charges can be processed for the current tax roll.
Corrected resolutions approved by the respective governing bodies and meeting all applicable requirements must be submitted to our oRice no later than September 15, 2026.
This accommodation applies to Fiscal Year 2026–27 only and does not waive the requirement to submit the corrected resolutions.
