This payment reimburses the $20,000 LGM deposited on July 21, 2026 to cover payroll for Shandin Hills Golf Club.
The City is making this payment for payroll coverage only while Eadie Payne completes the agreed-upon procedures audit. It is not the City's acceptance of LM's reconciliation, claimed operating deficit, management fees, or any other amount LGM claims is owed.
The final amount owed by either party, if any, will be determined after the records are reconciled and the audit is complete. Any amount not supported by that review may be subject to repayment or offset.
