This Change Order (3) is a change to the Agreement between the City of San Bernardino (“Client”) and TruePoint Solutions, dba: GovPath (“Provider”) signed October 28th, 2024 Description of Additional Services
GovPath to deliver extended post-Go Live support for Business Licensing, including analysis, configuration adjustments, defect triage, report/notice fixes, and coordination with Client stakeholders and third-party vendors as needed.
Deliverables & Outcomes
- Resolved or mitigated high priority issues affecting Business Licensing operations. - Updated configuration and scripts (as applicable) deployed to production following Client’s validation and approval
- Prepared detailed fix documentation and knowledge‑transfer notes to support handoff to the long‑term support team
Term & Schedule
Work to begin January 19
th, 2026 and continue through March 31st, 2026.
Client Responsibilities
- Client will provide timely access to SMEs, and decision makers. - Client will enter all requests into Jira with a detailed description, steps to reproduce, record numbers, and screenshots.
- Prioritization of critical items will be jointly managed via the project backlog and weekly stand-ups. - Any new scope items discovered that exceed the authorized NTE hours will be proposed in a subsequent Change Order for approval.

This Change Order is billed as time & materials based on 225 hours at a rate of $195 per hour, for a total of $43,875. The full amount will be invoiced upon execution of this Change Order. No additional charges will apply unless the Client requests out‑of‑scope work, which will require a separate authorization.
Invoicing will follow the terms of the underlying Agreement (e.g., monthly in arrears; standard payment terms). Timesheets will reflect actual hours worked.
