Scope of Services Proposers shall submit a complete proposal for the design, furnishing, rental, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday tree, lighting, and décor elements for the City’s annual holiday event and seasonal display at Court Street Square. The City is seeking creative, highquality, and visually cohesive proposals that enhance the appearance of the event area and provide a festive public display.
Proposals should include recommended designs, product images or renderings, itemized pricing, installation methodology, maintenance approach, teardown plan, and any assumptions, site requirements, or limitations necessary to complete the work.
