The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Councilmembers Hamilton, M. Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Mason and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
No one wished to address the City Council during Public Comment.
