SAN BRUNO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
June 28, 2022
5:00 p.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Hamilton, Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Mason and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
No one wished to address the City Council during Public Comment.
4. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
a. Adopt Resolution Approving the San Bruno Community Foundation FY2022-23 Budget.
Executive Director Hatamiya presented the item to the City Council and answered questions.
No members of the public wished to speak on this item.
M/S Hamilton/Salazar to approve the resolution. Motion carried by a majority vote of, Councilmembers Hamilton, M. Medina, Salazar, Mayor R. Medina-yes Vice Mayor Mason - no b. Hold Public Hearing and Adopt Resolutions
• Approving FY2022-23 Operating and FY2023-27 Capital Improvement Program Budget • Approving City Appropriations (Gann) Limit for FY2022-23 Finance Director Sun and City Manager Grogan presented the item to the City Council.
Mayor R. Medina opened public hearing
No members of the public wished to speak on this item.
M/S Salazar/M. Medina to close the Public Hearing. The motion passed unanimously.
M/S Salazar/Mason to approve the budgets resolution. The motion passed by a majority vote of Councilmembers Hamilton, Salazar, Vice Mayor Mason and Mayor R. Medina voting - yes and Council Member M. Medina voting - no
M/S Hamilton/Salazar to approve the Appropriations (Gann) Limit resolution, the motion passed unanimously.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting recessed at 6:56 p.m. to the regular City Council meeting of June, 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the conclusion of that meeting at 9: 10 p.m. the City Council reconvened to this Special meeting until its adjournment 9:43 p.m. The next regular City Council meeting will be held on July 12, 2022.
