The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

Councilmembers Hamilton, Medina, Salazar, Vice Mayor Mason and Mayor R. Medina were all present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
Member of the Public Bob B. spoke during Public Comment.
4. STUDY SESSION
a. Discuss and Review Draft City Council Policies and Procedures.
This Study Session was for discussion only, therefore no reportable action taken.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:31 p.m. The next regular meeting will be held on September 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
